The Haven is a creative community in Portland, Oregon, where artists, wellness practitioners, and culture-shapers come together to co-create art, connection, and transformation. For the past five years, we’ve offered immersive art experiences across the city. Now, we’ve found a new home: a 15,000 sq ft warehouse (formerly a Pepsi factory) ready to be reborn as a hub for creativity, wellness, and community care.
This is a story of regeneration: a space once dedicated to mass production and consumer culture is being transformed into a living ecosystem rooted in creativity, healing, and mutual support. And we need your help to bring it to life!

For decades, this building was used to churn out soda. Now, it’s being transformed into a factory for art, wellness, and culture—a place where creativity is not commodified, but cultivated. We’re reclaiming this space for the community and reimagining what’s possible when artists are supported and celebrated. We’ve already poured in hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars. With your help, we can complete the transformation!
WHAT WE'RE BUILDING
We’ve secured the lease, formed our council, and begun early renovations. Now, we’re raising $30,000 in 30 days to complete Phase 1 of our buildout, including:
~ A large multi-use main floor for events, art shows, and cultural gatherings
~ A cozy wellness floor for massage, reiki, acupuncture, and healing
~ Dozens of private artist studios and shared maker spaces
~ A plant-filled lounge and elixir café for everyday connection
~ Beautiful murals, natural textures, and biophilic design
This campaign funds the core infrastructure and finishing touches needed to fully open our doors by July 25–27, when we’ll host our Grand Opening Weekend Celebration!
