Sanctuary Yoga is a 75-minute gathering designed to bring you out of the noise of the week and back into your body. We’ll begin with a gentle, grounding yoga practice, weaving together movement, breath, and stillness before settling in for an immersive sound bath. There’s nothing to achieve here. Move in the way that feels good, get cozy, and let yourself rest while layers of sound wash through the space.
