The Haven is home to over 40+ studios tucked all around the building, where creative work is happening 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Artists, makers, healers, and other innovators work onsite across a range of disciplines; when our building's fully activated, the magic brewing is palpable the moment you set foot in it.
What makes our studios meaningful is the density and diversity of the people using them. With so many minds under one roof like this, there's a steady heartbeat of shared presence, exchange of ideas, and cross-pollination of disciplines. The painter in the warehouse and the videographer near the kitchen are suddenly teaming up to help the musician on the upper floor make their latest music video. The fashion designer and the street artist who serendipitously became studio neighbors are working on a new clothing line. We are anything but isolated in our spaces; instead, we're all weaving into a larger creative story where collaboration happens as easily as breathing.
Studios are available in various sizes to accommodate various needs, from focused cozy nooks to rooms that can support larger tools and equipment or client-facing work. However you work and however your practice evolves, odds are we've got a space that'll work great for you.
More than a workspace
